Reservation and Payment:

All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation.
Payment must be made in 30% at the time of booking, Rest of the payment at the time of Check-in time full payment ,unless otherwise specified.

Check-In/Check-Out: Check-in time is at 1.00pm , and check-out time is at 11.00. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability and extra cost.

Guests are responsible for any damages caused to the property and its contents during their stay

Pets are not allowed on the premises, unless otherwise specified.

Guests are expected to respect the quiet enjoyment of other guests and neighbors. Excessive noise or disturbances may result in eviction.

The hotel reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting.

Cleaning of Rooms will be done once in a day between 10am to 5pm. please drop out your key at the reception if you go out.
Linen/Towels are Changed on alternative days only.
Proper Swimming Costume of NYLON MATERIAL only permitted in pool.
All ID’s with Address is compulsry required at Check in process in the proerty.
